Helix
Helix is a series of lighting fixtures for homes, including floor lamps and pendant lights. The fixtures are made of plastic tubing recycled from cables, forged iron lampshades and iron pipes. The frame of the floor lamp consists of two iron pipes and a central axis, so the lamp can be rotated to adjust the lighting height. A spiral wire winds around the lamp support and carries the power supply. The parts are preassembled for compact transport and simple installation. The simple and colorful forms suit both children's rooms and young families.
Helix Lamp by Jun Wang has been selected as an outstanding example of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Helix Lamp earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2024. The A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which rewards outstanding design of chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor lights, recessed lights, track lights and more.
